Domestic Practice
Our domestic practice focus is primarily on international dispute resolution and transactions, in particular transborder transactions and disputes involving the laws of Ukraine, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan or other CIS States.
International Practice
Our lawyers are specialists in the laws of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other CIS States with particular experience participating in international arbitration tribunals worldwide and in court disputes in the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom. We have acted as arbitrators, consultants and experts. For decades, we having written leading works on the laws of Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan and other CIS States. We also have extensive experience working on international transactions involving the laws of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and the other CIS States.
Legal Reform
We consider participation in legal reform projects and contact with diverse legal communities in the U.S. and abroad to be an important responsibility allowing us to enhance our understanding of legal systems and to contribute to the rule of law as such ideal moves us all closer to a more peaceful world where business can thrive on a level playing field and social justice can create a more equitable global community.
